three stowaways

just got back from penang about 4 hours ago. lots of drama over on that side of the world. almost faintings of head chefs and the filthiness of steppies abound.

bought a truckload of dvds from the dvd-man-can at hartamas. truly my box set wonderland. picked up the kiddies from the cat hotel too. poor things are traumatized. but they're shiny and clean although they're emanating a faint smell of anti fungus powder. or something.

and i fell down on my knees in the rain on dirty gravel next to a dirty motorbike. my poor knees and the side of my foot will now be scarred for life.

hardly raya-ed at extended, distant, barely known relatives' houses in penang instead spending time at the granddaddy's layaning twin babies and watching family representatives whipping out their respective laptops and comparing internet connections (connections sucked by the way). or playing around with DSLRs and getting semi lessons. and getting bitten by kerenggas. those little things really hold on tight.
